Yes! All ages of riders will enjoy horses but to ride a child must be physicaly able to hold on or one year old. Just make sure you get the right size pony (or horse) for your party. Yes we have had adults ask for rides on Penny, our Arabian, and for some--their first time on a horse as well!
We offer a choice of ponies and horses for all ages and sizes allowing more in your group to participate in this wonderful activity. There are many benefits to having multiple ponies and a choice of sizes.

While we can accommodate a large number of children with one pony in an hour, 10 is a good number of kids to think about adding a second pony. Please contact us to discuss your function and together we can figure out what you need to best entertain your guests.
Cost varies, depending on where you are located, how many ponies you want and how long we will be at your function. Please fill out our request more information form for a quote.
Our ponies are used to giving rides in all sorts of locations. Small yards can be a problem. Please contact us to discuss your particular situation, I am sure we can make it work! You can consider public and private parks but there may be approval processes that will require advanced planning and may require insurance that we do carry.

Note: We only lead 3 ponies at a time regardless of the number we bring. This is for safety reasons and to allow for rest.

Foxyboy - Shetland pony; 125 lb max (2-10+ years old)
Spirit - Welsh pony; 185 lb max (8-14+ years old)

Our ponies are used to dogs and other animals, but your animals most likely are not used to our ponies. For safety reasons we request that you put your pets in a separate area than the grounds where the ponies are. This way all will remain happy and unstressed.

We clean as they "go" and we will be sure your grounds are as clean as we can get it. Please note the horses do eat grass and will take bites out of it. There also might be a slight "trail" from where we walk, especially at the longer events. This usually grows over within a few days.
► Helmets must be worn by all riders. Please allow our gate keeper or pony handler to choose and fit your helmet.
► Children under 6 must have an adult guardian present with them to ride.
► Smaller children (1-3+) require an adult guardian to walk alongside the pony during the ride.
► We cannot ride children under 1 year old.
► Do not run, jump or scream around the ponies.
► Do not climb on or crawl under the fence.
► Do not throw items at or hit the ponies with stuff.
► Do not walk or stand behind the ponies.
► Caution: Open toed or loose shoes are unsafe to ride in. If you are wearing these, please watch out for your feet because the ponies won’t.
► Do have a fun and safe time. Thank you.

These rules will be posted on site. We reserve the right to refuse rides to any rider not following these rules or that might be causing an unsafe environment for other riders, our ponies, or our handlers.

Yes! We're insured. Rancho Condarco, llc. maintains all insurances required by law.
We always call or email you a week before your event to touch base and confirm details. If there is a possibility that weather may be a factor we discuss options, which may include, rescheduling, delaying the ponies arrival. To cancel on the day of event due to weather you must call us at least three hours before your event is to start.
If you have to cancel you will not get your deposit refunded. This is to protect us from losing revenue by holding this date and time for your event and turning down other events.
If we have to cancel, due to circumstances beyond our control which includes but not limited to a sick or injured horse and/or pony that prevents us from providing the contracted services for your event payments or deposits will be refunded.
